Hey! People training today is ok la. Heres what we did......

First warm up ok.....
Second we got to jump in the 'magot' pit. It was Vania who told me not my fault!=(
Third we did I mean me, Joslyn, Pei Ern(Erny), Jayne, Ching Yee, Shannon and 2 or 3 sec ones whom names are not sure of ran 6 rounds of the field it was damn tiring!XD And worst still, I have body ache!!!=(

One of the worst thing is that Me, Pei Ern, Jayne and Shannon did not jog for cool down!=) We very slack! Pei Ern worst still! Went back without stretching just only like few stretches good for her la. Jiao Lian caught us not jogging and we told her that Ching Yee did not ran so we didn't ran! =) What an excuse but actually really! We didn't know ok?! Ching Yee la! Say she special case!

Oh ya then me, Jayne and Vania went to eat at Macs we all ate upsize to get the cup! I think its very nice. We got the PURPLE ONE!! Damn cool la! But I want the pink one!=(

Oh and thats the end of the day and Guess what Me and Jayne talked on the phone for soooo long!=) Both of us were so call talking Crab!=D haha. Crab so cute ok?! =P

Ok 6 more days to 13th!! So sad only 6 more days to enjoy a 13 year old life!=( Ahhhh!!! Don;t want to be old and no offence to those whose birthday have pass. I know Pei Ern you enjoy the life of 13 year old....
