Me again yesterday I didn't blog cause I didn't on the com(stupid answer) Ok Anyway, yesterday our training is at CCAB and it starts at 830 but cause Shannon mum fetch me, Pei Erny, Ching Yee and Jayne there so that means we reached at 700 ok Damn, Super early la!

We kill time by taking pictures with one another but obviously, Shannon a camera shy person did not take!=) ok then we spent 1 and a half hour doing that. Training started! Warm up was damn tiring. We did a 20min run up and down the hill. We saw some cute dogs taking a walk with its owner too. After warm up, Sprints and long distance separated drills and carried on our schedule. For sprints we did upslope sprint, arm swing, penguin jump(Pei Ern must be good at it=P) and more.

Ok now the fun part! Me, Pei Ern, Ching Yee, Jayne and Joanne went to Pastamania(Spelling?) to eat. 5 of us shared a pizza, a cup of drink, a plate of spaghetti, a bowl of soup and thats all. We were all very hungry then we decided to go to udders and ate durian ice cream and cookies and cream!=D so nice!!! I love it!

Ok then we separated and me, Jayne and Ching Yee went to ben and jerry to eat another cup of ice cream(frozen yought). We did maths there and at 2 we watched ben 10=D Damn funny! There was a stage at the first floor and ben 10 was showed there thats how we watched if you are wondering how we watch. We went home by MRT and talked a lot about the ifs!=D
